Group Day Passes

$26 per participant including the rental gear package (shoes and harness)

$20 per participant without any rental gear. Meaning you are bringing your own.

Climbing shoes and a harness are required to climb in the facility. 

Extra equipment such as chalk bags, belay devices, and ropes are available for extra rental fees.

Adult chaperones who are not climbing and only supervising younger climbers are not included in the participant count.

If anyone in the group knows how to belay, they will need to pass a belay test before belaying a climber. There is no instruction allowed in the gym except by staff during a class.  Classes are available at our Midcity location for those wanting to learn to belay ahead of time.

Waivers

Anyone who will be in the building will need to have a waiver on file including climbers and spectators. Anyone under 18 will need to have it signed by their parent before they can climb. A waiver link specific to your group will be sent out in a confirmation email after you have booked.

Check-in Process

We will need to check everyone in, get their gear on, and do a climbing orientation with everyone before they can climb on their own. This process can take up to 45 minutes depending on the size of your group. Smaller groups usually take considerably less time if everyone has filled out waivers before arriving through their specific group link.

Chaperones

Any climbers under the age of 14 must be actively supervised by an adult chaperone at all times. Groups who will be bringing mostly younger climbers will need to provide a chaperone per every 8-12 climbers minimum. Our staff will provide climbing orientations at the beginning of the visit and responsibility will be passed on to chaperones to actively supervise climbers to ensure they are following all rules and correct climbing procedures during their visit.
