Lock-In

Take over High Point Climbing and Fitness for a private, after-hours event filled with climbing, games, and fun! Lock-Ins are perfect for birthdays, youth groups, sports teams, corporate team building, or any group looking for a unique overnight experience.

Your group will have private access to the facility during closed hours, with climbing activities, games, and space to hang out throughout the night. Staff will be on hand to supervise and facilitate activities so your group can make the most of the experience.

What's Included

Private access to the entire facility during closed hours
Climbing games, dodgeball in the pit, and other activities
Staff supervision and game facilitation
Climbing equipment, including shoes, harnesses, and chalk
Access to designated spaces for food, activities, and quiet sleeping areas

Pricing

$1,500 for the first 30 climbers and $25 for each additional climber for 8 hours

Additional Time: $150 per hour, for up to 4 additional hours

Both climbers and spectators count toward the total participant count.

Food and Sleeping Arrangements

Groups may bring food and drinks and use the party room kitchenette or set up food in a designated area of the gym. Quiet sleeping areas can also be arranged. Participants should bring their own sleeping bags and/or sleeping pads.

Scheduling and Event Times

Lock-Ins are typically scheduled from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m., when the facility is closed to the public. Alternate check-in and check-out times may be possible. Arriving before closing may mean sharing the facility with regular members.

Events are scheduled for 8 hours. Groups interested in extending their event should discuss availability and additional fees during booking.

Additional Staffing

Staffing is based on group size and the activities planned. Additional staff to belay climbers can be requested for $30 per hour per staff member, subject to availability. Please discuss any additional staffing needs when booking.

How to Book

Lock-Ins must be reserved in advance. To request a date, email the General Manager with the following information:

Requested event date & times
Approximate number of attendees
Name of your group
Any additional information that will help us accommodate your group

A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the date. Payment can be collected over the phone, and a confirmation email will be sent with your booking details.
