Whether you're new to climbing or looking to take your skills to the next level, private lessons offer personalized coaching tailored to your goals. Work one-on-one with an experienced High Point instructor to evaluate your current abilities, identify areas for improvement, and develop a plan to help you progress.

Private lessons can focus on a wide range of skills, including climbing technique, footwork, body positioning, strength and endurance, bouldering, sport climbing, and competition preparation. Instructors can also help experienced climbers refine their movement, develop training strategies, and prepare for specific climbing projects.

Whether you're building confidence on the wall, working toward a personal goal, or looking to improve your performance, private instruction provides individualized guidance to help you get there.

Who Can Participate?

All ages and ability levels are welcome.
No prior climbing experience is required.
Lessons are customized to your experience, interests, and goals.

Private lessons can cover a variety of topics, including:

Climbing fundamentals and movement
Footwork, balance, and body positioning
Bouldering and sport climbing techniques
Strength, endurance, and training strategies
Competition preparation and performance
Outdoor climbing skills and technical instruction, where available

Lesson Details

Format: One-on-one instruction tailored to your goals.

Duration: Customizable based on needs. Discuss with you instructor what would work best

Equipment: All necessary equipment will be provided to conduct the class

Climbing Access: Covered only during class time. A membership, punch card, or day pass is required to climbing outside of class.
